Happy first birthday Apollo, Virgo, & Sirius - my stay at home boys. Also, happy birthday to Odin & Hermes who live with Valerie & the Azure Ridge rats; Serena who lives with Sue Hall; Lola, Lucy & Star who live with Liz Taylor; and finally, Quiz, who lives with Carrie & CJ Tune-Copeland. My beautiful babies. How well you've all grown. I miss you all terribly and hope your first birthday is wonderful. (Rat parents of these beautiful babies, please be expecting a small gift for the fur-kids!)
On another note, Ana & Jacy last evening. They were sound asleep in their hammock before I got couple pictures this afternoon. We will hopefully have babies in the next few weeks. Check out our planned litters page for updates and a link to their new page.

SFR Songeur, SFR Anastasia and SFR Jacy came out of quarantine on the 10th. Their place was quickly filled by SFR Nimbus and his temporary buddy and brother, SFR Tadi. SFR Anastasia will be placed with SFR Jacy around September 24th. I've been highly surprised at the response this litter has gotten. There are a lot of people wanting these babies, both breeders and pet owners alike. I am truly very grateful to all of you who have helped me get this far and taught me the lessons I needed to learn.

Today is a very sad day. Kasper was helped across the rainbow bridge at 11:24 a.m. this morning after a battle with cancer. She survived the first malignant tumor, only to be brought down by the second, which was pressed on her lungs, making it extremely difficult for her to breathe. We will miss you very, very much Kasper. We love you and hope you join us again soon.

Well, we've been suckered again. Dayna will be sending us home with beautiful SFR Nimbus, an American Blue Agouti Irish Dumbo. He and SFR Tadi will be going into quarantine just as SFR Anastasia and the crew come out. With any luck, he will be paired with one of the daughters from the Athena/Webber breeding. Ah, the plans. Who knows what will come of this.
